In a world that is constantly evolving, all these technological progress, globalization, demographic shifts, and environmental changes can have an effect on people's well-being.

These are fifty shades of stress!

To stay ahead of the curve, I believe the most important thing today is to develop our capacity to learn by ourselves and our accountability in every aspect of our lives.

My 101

With ten years of experience as founder and CEO of Openfab, a fablab in Brussels, I am passionate about developing a project that aims to empower people and help them acquire essential skills and qualities.

I am now on a quest to be the best version of myself every day and am motivated to inspire others to do the same.

My META quest

https://www.humanoids.com/blog/Metabunker

Through this meta quest, I aim to create an inclusive learning experience to help people develop the essential skills that are necessary for growth and progress in today's world.

I want to offer an inclusive skill-learning experience that help people growing their critical thinking, adaptability, and responsibility. This should be like an extra bonus on top of the skill they want to learn.

This project will involves gamification and the use of artificial intelligence to provide personalized, real-time feedback and assessment, and need to be supported by tools for recognizing and verifying learning and achievements.

If it is not automated, nobody will do it.

What do I mean by essential skills?

Critical thinking and adaptability are skills that can be developed and improved through learning and practice. These skills can help individuals become more flexible in their thinking and approach to problem-solving, which can be especially important today.

Accountability is not necessarily a skill, but it is an important quality that can also be developed. It involves being able to acknowledge mistakes, accept the consequences of those mistakes.

All of these are an important part of developing resilience, as it involves taking ownership of one's mistakes and learning from them rather than avoiding or denying them. This, I believe, is the seed of much sadness and mediocrity around us.
